How can I view my order history?
Your order history is accessible by logging in here, clicking "My Account", then clicking "Order History".
Products, Pricing and Shipping
What products do you offer, and how much do they cost?
Bella Pictures' complete print and gift catalog, including prices, can be accessed at our Catalog page.
How is shipping calculated?
Bella offers 3 flat-rate shipping methods, regardless of order size:
- FedEx Ground S&H for U.S and Canada ($5.00).
- FedEx 2nd day express S&H to US and Canada ($20.00). Note that orders must be placed by 10am PT for rush shipping, and this is available for orders placed on weekdays only.
- FedEx International S&H 7 day delivery ($35).
Technical Issues
How long does it take to upload images?
Image upload times will vary. It can take only a few seconds or as long as several minutes to upload each file. The length of upload time depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the file size of your photo.
How long do you store my photos?
We store images, including those uploaded by guests as long as your wedding photo site is active. Wedding photo sites are kept online for 13 months after the wedding date. Your uploaded photos will be deleted when the site expires at the end of this term.
Order Issues
What if I am not satisfied with my order or I want to return a damaged order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service at csd@bellapictures.com and let us know the issue. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
